InterCall Event Registration, iER, is the next generation global registration platform built from the ground up on a powerful and dynamic framework using some of the industry’s most advanced technology to produce elegant registration solutions that can be quickly launched to market. As a next gen SaaS tool, iER can be produced and managed from any computer with access to the internet giving it the freedom and flexibility to support any organization, from anywhere, at any time.

Product Evolution

In 2009 InterCall acquired Corvent LLC and along with the addition of that successful web event management team came an advanced and powerful new registration product called the Attendee Matrix Platform, endearingly known as AMP. AMP was in its second generation and brought with it advancements to the existing IC event registration offering at every front. Loaded with multiple custom features, AMP also provided custom fine grain branding professionally delivered by a product development team which combined for immediate value add to the InterCall product portfolio.

With the completion of a global development effort which focused on leveraging years of successful event registration experience, internal and external customer feedback, as well as key advancements to propel the product over its competition, we now have our third generation event registration product, InterCall Event Registration - iER.

Welcome to the team!!

Getting Started

There are two things you need to get started with iER:

1) A valid Intercall Online (IOL) account with a valid user name and password for web access.

2) You must have a user account and associated roles within iER. Once you have these items configured properly, you can log into iER.

Setting up an IOL account

The first step to getting started with iER is to have an active InterCall Online (IOL) account. In order to have an IOL account you must have access to your Owner ID Number and Web Pin. These can be found in your InterCall iCRM profile or through SalesForce.

To see if you have a valid IOL account that is synced to your InterCall network credentials (SSO), you can go here: https://www.intercallonline.com/ and enter your InterCall user name and password. If you get any errors logging in or you get logged in as a user named “Null!”, then you will need to first call the web support team. This team can review your profile and will either get your IOL account set up and configured for SSO or direct you to open up an SDR if there are any issues needing to be addressed with your InterCall profile.

The Web Support Team phone number is: (+1) 800-374-1852

The team to open up an SDR is: Enterprise.InterCall.Global Support.Customer Care & Operational Support.Intercallonline

Once you have your IOL account, you are one step closer to gaining access to the iER platform.
